Let’s talk about education.
This is a blog dedicated to discussing major issues in education today. I, your author are currently an International Student Advisor, at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR. So many of my post will relate to International Education. However not all.
Why is education so important to me?
My mother was an educator and so was my grandmother and many of my mentors throughout my life have been educators. I think that education, though often seen as the plight of those who cannot do, is a profound part of many peoples lives. I hope to expose, discuss and find those things that are so integral in the education system, and figure out how we can make these things better. Because as Frederick W. Robertson said,
“Instruction ends in the school-room, but education ends only with life.”
